Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Party Shop L15. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. For more information on our return and exchange policy, please contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Personalised Items

Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you have purchased is defective or damaged, we cannot accept returns on 'personalised' items. It is vitally important that when you place your order for personalised products & banners that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar you provide are correct as that is the wording/images we will use.

Once the draft of the banner is approved it will go straight to print and we can not change any details. Please check carefully and then send approval.

Inflated Balloons

Please check your balloons on collection or delivery.

We cannot  accept returns of inflated balloons as they are perishable items.

Once the balloons are handed to customer the condition or deflation of the balloons is not the responsibilty of Party Shop L15
